CrossFit is a group training class lead by a coach that programs and guides you during your 1 hr session. The session includes and is not limited to improve strength, stamina, and speed through a mix of aerobic exercises, calisthenics, and Olympic weightlifting.
BootCamp 517
BootCamp 517 incorporates light weights, aerobics, & stretching to directly improve all aspects of physical fitness: strength, endurance, flexibility, cardio, and body composition.
CrossFit Kids
Kids learn functional movements like pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting, and jumping while having fun.

At CrossFit 517 our state of the art facility has a wide range of top-of-the-line equipment to ensure our clients have the best to meet their fitness goals. Our facility is equipped with Assault Fitness Air Runners, Concept2 Rowers, Rogue Air Bike, Rogue barbells, medicine balls, jump ropes, resistance bands, foam rollers, plyometric boxes for comprehensive functional fitness workouts, sleds, free standing 12 person Rogue rig for squats and pull ups and InBody. We also offer a variety of kettlebells, medicine balls. We pride ourselves in being the only fitness facility in the area with CrossFit Quarter-Finals standard 15 ft ropes. With our extensive range of equipment, CrossFit 517 is committed to help you become stronger, faster, and more agile.
